Foreign company is looking for Certification/Permitting Engineer. This work is based on permanent employment condition in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Sakhalin 2 project). Company provides employee good social benefits.
Responsible for:
• Russian certification Basic Functions
• Coordinating all certification and permitting activities.
• Identifying most cost effective certification mechanism.
• Interfacing between company and certification providers.
• Determining material and equipment certification requirements.
• Maintaining certification database.
• Assisting ENL with certification queries as required.
Technical / Business Skills:
• Project Management
• Ability to work with multiple clients
Interpersonal Skills:
• Good written and verbal communication.
Competences:
• Good knowledge of RF equipment and materials certification requirements ( GOST-R, PtU, Technical Passports)
• Ability to coordinate the entire certification process.
• Good knowledge of 3rd party certification providers.
• Good understanding of certification requirements for importation purposes.
Business & Industry Experience:
• 3 years+ in similar role.
Education:
• Knowledge of English language is highly desirable.
