We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in Russia. The Deputy Commissioning Manager will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project.
Activities:
• Direct the development and implementation of a comprehensive Execution Plan for the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up of the plant;
• Determine the organizational requirements and manpower to meet the objectives for the project;
• Provide and direct pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up input to Engineering during design phase;
• Ensure that all commissioning activities are performed in accordance with the contractual requirements, HSE rules, allocated budgets, contractual schedule etc;
• Interface with HSE group, Construction group, Client and all local agencies about all necessary issues related with commissioning.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 17 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
