Function: The main Duty of the Deputy Onshore Pre-Operations Manager will consist in assisting the Pre-Operations Manager in the accomplishment of the following activities: • Update the operating philosophy; • Participate in the supervision of the detailed engineering works, in order to ensure that the overall onshore facilities are operable safely and meet Company’s objectives; • Participate in the recruitment and training of the future operators; • Supervise the maintenance and inspection engineering works; • Prepare the start-up and initial operations procedures; • Develop the HSE documents related to the operations phase; • Set-up the service contracts related to the operations and support of the onshore facilities; • Establish the Pre-operations and Operations budgets; • Supervise/witness the key commissioning activities; • Supervise the start-up of the onshore facilities.
Requirements: • Graduate Engineer with an experience of operations of large LNG plant, with a minimum of 15 years in gas plant Operations Management positions; • Interpersonal relations skills; • Language: fluency in English is mandatory.
