Dietsmann Technologies Ltd. is maintaining company in Oil&Gas. The company is currently looking for Teacher/Translator for work in the Russian Far North.

Responsibilities:
• Organize English and Russian lessons and teach employees.
• Develop schedules and plans for the English and Russian classes.
• Develop educational and methodic programs in accordance with the specifics of the oil and gas industry that would correspond with the company’s requirements, for the effective English education of the employees.
• Perform the preliminary assessment of the level of English knowledge of the employees in order to form groups on the basis of their knowledge and choose the necessary study program and additional materials.
• Translate the technical and special documentation regarding the activity of the company; also assist in translations of meetings, negotiations, etc.

Requirements:
• Higher specialized education, working experience in the field of teaching foreign languages 2 years and up.
• Working experience in translations of technical documentation.
• Familiarity with the educational programs to teach the English and Russian languages.
• Teaching and educational skills.
• Good team-player.
• Advance user of PC.
• Able to work in multicultural environment.
• Communicative, well-organized.

Compensation:
• Position based in the Far North (It’s a remote location where arctic conditions prevail).
• Rotation bases (28 days work followed by 28 days Rotation&Rest).
• “White” competitive salary (according to experience).
• Two year contract with further prolongation.
