Position
Document Control Center Officer
(Reports to Site DCC Lead)

Function

• The job holder assists in controlling, under the responsibility of the Site DС, the flow of Project documents;
• Assist Site DCC Lead in maintaining Company Hard Copies Archive;
• Upload all the As-built Drawings into Company Electronic Documentation Management System (Prodom);
• Assist As-built Documentation Officer in keeping record/tracking of As-built documents produced by Contractors;
• Assist to the preparation of the Dossier for the handover of Project Documentation to the Field Operations;
• Assistance in translation of documents and interpretation at meetings;
• Assistance in everyday DCC routine work;
• Assist As-built Documentation Officer in keeping record/tracking of As-built documents produced by Contractors;
• Stamp, copy, scan and archive documentation produced by all the parties.

Job dimensions

• In charge of Document Management process implementation;
• Project Budget : 100 MM$;
• Project POB : 60;
• Size of database: several thousand documents.

Requirements

• Chartered engineer or similar education level with minimum 1 years experience;
• Sound knowledge of DMS Techniques;
• Rigorous / Good communication skills / Able to work in a multicultural environment;
• Fluent in English and Russian (speaking and writing).
