Accountability:
• Accountable for establishing and maintaining project Information management systems and the control of project documentation to the satisfaction of project management and Company. All in accordance with the requirement of the contract.
• Establish, implement, supervise and coordinate the Project Document Control (PDC) function for recording, distributing and filing of all Project engineering, supplier and construction documentation. Overall responsibility to ensure that all Project documentation is maintained and handled in the Project’s electronic Content Management System, Documentum.
Basic Functions:
• Supervision and coordination of project document control activities related to document production and distribution as defined in the project procedures.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day running of the Document Control Centre.
Требования к кандидату:
• Supervision and coordination of project document control activities related to document production and distribution as defined in the project procedures.
• Undertake regular PPR reviews and assessments for all personnel working within document control.
• Good communicator in both Russian & English-languages – ability to understand the needs of others
• Responsible for adherence to the document control processes.
• Interfaces with Engineering Manager/Project Engineer.
• Interfaces with all other groups within the Engineering, Construction, Procurement and Corporate organization.
• Interfaces with Client.
• Interfaces with Vendors
• Good experience in a Document Management environment or proven industry experience.
• Good knowledge of Document Management Systems and familiar with latest techniques in document handling and computerised tracking.
• Documentum experience an advantage.
• Technical experience and understanding of As-Built engineering documentation and thorough knowledge of Project documentation.
• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of staff.
• Ability to manage and encourage support staff in order to improve their performance.
• Significant self-starter skills and a high level of initiative.
• Appropriate degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience; preferably in the onshore and offshore oil & gas industry.
• Experience of participating in and co-ordinating DCC teams and monitoring work to ensure that standards are attained, project targets and agreed schedules are met and budgetary constraints are not exceeded.
