RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drilling and completion equipment preparation and field support:
- Preparation of equipment following drilling & completion or WO programs
- Movement request to site or to third parties for assemblies including imputation
- Movement request for repair of drilling and completion equipment
- Witness drilling and completion assemblies operations, pressure tests and transfers
Stock follow up and optimization:
- Validation of drilling and completion equipment movement (check transport manifests) in and out
- Validate consumptions on each well (new producers, new injectors, WOs, …)
- Follow stock and anticipate consumption per ops planning including third parties locations (ESP, WL, …)
- Ensure that LOG supervisor has necessary documents for SAP transactions (movements)
- Scrapping proposal for drilling and completion equipment
- Scrapping history and third party evaluation for disposal
- Make proposal for stock optimization
- Follow Non Conformance reports and request for modifications/redress/maintenance
Requisitions and orders follow up:
- Anticipate consumption for stock renewal and introduce requisitions (PR)
- Follow up PO and ETA of goods
Integration and reintegration:
- QAQC inspection of drilling and completion equipment at arrival before integration or reintegration
- QAQC inspection of drilling and completion equipment in clients warehouse prior acceptance
DOL inventory and SAP description :
- Assist LOG for SAP discrepancies (quantities, locations, imputations) for drilling and completion equipment
- Participate to DOL inventories / stock checks for drilling and completion equipment and materials
- Assist CP stock controller to update/define stock description, delete double mat. numbers in SAP
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years Drilling & Completion operational experience (on site, Contractor or Service Company)
- 5 years experience in Drilling & Completion warehouse supervision
- SAP experience, office work with usual computer skills
- Fluent in English and Russian languages and writing skills
OPERATING CONDITIONS:
Rotational position : 28 days on / 28 days off, 12h / day
Office location - Kharyaga
Salary will be discussed with successful candidate
