The Company:
One major Russian Oil & Gas companies working on an international level, with many projects worldwide.
Is looking for Drilling Regulatory Specialist
Job Location: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (office, with some travel to the site)
Duties:
• Regulatory compliance support during drilling facilities installation/removal, start-up, commissioning, and operation
• Technical regulatory interface on drilling facilities construction and operation between Drilling and Regulatory Team
• Perform duties of an Author Supervision Oversight representative for well construction on behalf of designer under direction of the design group
• Interface with drilling personnel on provision of the technical documentation for the drilling facilities, maintaining General Drilling and Construction Control Logbooks during well construction
Requirements:
•Diploma of a drilling engineer
•Knowledge of and experience in Drilling Regulatory Regulations, Rules and Procedures
•Knowledge of English Language
