Position
Drilling ware house Material Man
Function
• Daily:
• Material man will be in charge of all drilling and completion equipment and corresponding operations concerning preparation of equipment and follow up;
• Monthly:
• Material man will organize with logistic in warehouse (Drilling and completion equipment);
• Reception, QAQC, request for using / preparing before using, imputation, return, inspection and / or refurbishment and scrapping, re-integration of all drilling and completion equipment;
• Validation of equipment movement, loading of equipment to site;
• Stock of equipment follow up and anticipation of consumption as per operations planning;
• Sub-contractors stock follow up at subcontractors bases;
• Organization of a warehouse with logistic for drilling and completion equipment;
• Collection and gathering of all scrapped equipment to locate in dedicated yard and warehouse;
• Check and clarify discrepancies of DOD equipment versus SAP in quantity, location, imputation;
• In SAP SALSA revise description, delete extra SAP number, define stock mini maxi, re-order levels;
• In satellite stock location check stocks for ESP, Slick line, Completion equipment;
• Witness completion assemblies operations, transfer equipment;
• Witness assembly and pressure test operations;
• Validate consumptions on each well for Casing, Tubing, Completion equipment, ESP equipment;
• For purchasing anticipate consumption to renew stock, optimize stock, make reception of PO and QA/QC of equipment ;
• For maintenance and repair, follow NCR, modification or redressing and maintenance of service tool.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree;
• 5 years experience in warehouse supervision in oil industry;
• SAP experience, office work with usual computer skills;
• Fluent in English an Russian languages and writing skills;
• Valid driver license light vehicle.
