RESPONSIBILITIES
• To become familiar with and maintain awareness of the relevant Company requirements and where applicable, the latest industry codes and standards including statutory rules and regulations.
• To be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of equipment as directed by the Chief electrician, Electrical foreman and as required by maritime law.
• To provide and maintain clear and concise details of work, records and maintenance undertaken.
• To carry out efficient and safe maintenance for all electrical system and equipment (lighting, welding machines, firing line
• He may be called upon to work on the HV electrical systems.
• Any additional duties within own experience and capability as advised by Chief electrician AUTHORITY
• Execution of work tasks as directed by the Chief electrician and Electrical foreman
• Cease operations, which he deems not safe to be continued and notify the Chief electrician
QUALIFICATIONS
• As per Company external qualification and training matrix.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Good knowledge in computer utilization
EXPERIENCE
• At least five (5) years in industries
• Three (3) years' experience in electrical industry and welding system.
• Knowledge HV electrical system
