This position is based in Russia. The Electrical Commissioning Superintendent will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project.
Activities:
• Plan, manage, control and deliver the overall electrical works at remote pads.
• Oversee all responsible teams activities to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information are properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference as required by law, regulations and company policies.
• Manage external parties to ensure that the project development associated with CPF up-grade and remote well pads integration activities are carried out in the safe manner within the project schedule and budget.
• Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions.
• Provide input and review quality assurance and control procedure.
• Liaise closely and ensure coordination with other work packages Superintendents, to ensure complete and timely hand-over of CPF and remote pads construction scopes to commissioning.
• Make necessary arbitration between different work packages and disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project.
• Assist or issue in due time all reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, final report …).
• Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility.
• Provide the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities related to Electrical part.

• Rotation 28d/28d
Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
