Position
Electrical & Instrumental Engineer
Function
• Execution of E&I part of small studies (feasibilities, P&ID’s, layouts, isometrics, single line diagrams, C&E matrix, MTO’s, HAZID, HAZOP) for light modifications and improvements of the premises through RFM procedure;
• Assistance in the preparation and control of the E&I scope of work to be performed by Contractors and Suppliers.
• Technical assistance to the evaluation of the offers provided by Contractors and Suppliers for the jobs to be performed within Construction Service responsibility.
• Input data and close supervision of engineering contractors for more significant projects with focus on electrical and instrumentation disciplines (e.g. surface works to integrate new wells into existing process facilities);
• Ensures implementation of Company Rules;
• Supervises and coordinates jobs under Construction Service responsibility in terms of:
• Respect of contract / service order / purchase order terms and conditions (incl. time schedule and budget);
• Verification of compliance with technical specifications, drawings and procedures;
• Ensures proper preparation of as-built documentation and proper hand-over to operations team;
• Assist the Head of Construction Service in the preparation of the CS yearly work program and estimations to translate it into yearly budget, and further revisions (through PDC-02, 06, 09 and closure).
Requirements
• Experienced multi-disciplinary Electrical & Instruments Engineer with a “high” degree of autonomy;
• High degree of engineering experience;
• Experience of construction works in “live” units with drilling and process activities;
• Good relational capabilities and fluent English.
