Requirements:
• Engineering degree of Electrical Engineering
• 5-7 years experience working with electrical equipment in the Oil & Gas, or petrochemical industries
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of CMMS ”UNISUP R/3” as applicable to oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of international Codes, Standards and Regulations, oil and gas quality and quantity measurement techniques and application of industry standards (API, MPMS, ISO, GOST)
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to the site, for electrical equipment and provides expert technical advice to the Head of Maintenance-Inspection and other departments.
• Maintain a daily contact with Electrical team leader’s site for maintenance follow-ups and problem resolution.
• Issue maintenance Methods activity reports relative to his discipline
• Ensure updating of the CMMS and reporting of all maintenance activities on the various equipment inside CMMS
• Ensure follow up of all electrical, HVAC and Utility maintenance activities on site
• Ensure standardisation of materials and spare parts for electrical equipment and related systems.
• Propose and justifies recommendations for the improvement of equipment availability, efficiency or maintainability.
• Liaise with vendors, HQ specialists and original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance, modifications, spare parts, drawings and resolution of technical problems.
• Ensure that proper procedures are followed, and that all modifications are properly documented
• Supervise the implementation of modifications and improvement projects, to ensure their safe, cost-effective and timely execution in accordance with established Company standards and specifications.
• Ensure that work carried out, follows all relevant procedures and practices with specific regard to those governing the health and safety of personnel
• Check the quality in performance of the modifications made by means of commissioning, starting up and audits.
• Ensure compliance with work is satisfactorily completed, make necessary corrections, and submit for endorsement and payment processing
• Analyse indicators provided by CMMS, stock management and intervention reports with a view of improving maintenance (HSE, equipment availability and cost optimisation)
• Analyse cause of breakdown, issues relevant report and recommendations for improvement and future preventive actions.
• Troubleshoot complex or recurring electrical problems which require technical analysis and resolution with the help of other departments, vendors or original equipment manufacturer and recommend cost effective solutions
• Develop and monitors implementation of the Electrical Generation and Distribution plan.
• Issue and review electrical verification schedules and associated 5 years maintenance planning, in accordance with ROSTEKHNADZOR and State requirements.
• Follow up on statutory electrical inspection of asset ,integrity assurance and certifications.
• Define types of maintenance to be carried out on equipments (preventive and corrective)
• Assist the Head of Maintenance and the Electrical Maintenance team in the preparation of budgets, contracts, shutdowns, modifications, warranty claims, vendor mobilisation and all other support functions necessary for the efficient operation
• Ensure that planned work takes place and that the preventive maintenance is carried out as planned.
• Ensure that maintenance tasks undertaken are adequate to prevent unplanned equipment failure.
• Define stock management levels regarding spares parts (mini / Maxi – re-supply thresholds)
• Ensure planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance operations in conjunctions with production requirements.
• Prepare and establish technical scope of work for maintenance contract, assists in the tender process and implements contract follow-up
• Prepare calls for bid and issues these to contractors invited to tender for work to be carried out.
• Monitor and update materials MRP data, review stock quantities, usage and consumption to minimise the stock value
• Treat material requests from site maintenance, makes quality control on spares to be sent and prepares movements forms for available stocks to ensure proper material availability for routine, breakdown and shutdown maintenance and that materials/equipment received accord with specifications.
