Responsibilities:
* Develop the Exhibition brand(s) - SPE Russian Oil and Gas, Energy and Marine
* Monitor competitor activity to identify new strategies for account management
* Develop existing and new key accounts
* Establish and maintain relationships with association partners
* Bottom line responsibility and financial accountability
* Budgets/Forecasting
* Develop marketing strategy and develop marketing objectives for SPE Russian Oil & Gas Exhibition with Marketing manager
* Recruit, motivate and empower a team
Key Deliverables for the Exhibition Director:
* Excellent Oil and Gas market contacts to build knowledge/integration
* Outstanding customer management
* Develop clear strategies to deliver online and offline revenue targets
* Highly sales oriented goals delivered via a strong sales culture
* Review, challenge and improve sales process with a view to reducing admin and introducing clear activity targets and measures
* Develop creative and clear marketing strategy – explore, identify and utilize all technologies in order to support full visitor communication strategy
* Develop team and individuals
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years event management experience preferably in Oil and Gas industry
* Educated to degree level with potential professional marketing and sales qualification
* Familiar with sales systems and having an understanding of marketing techniques and strategy
* Budget management experience
* Team management experience
* Database, contracting, call lists/reports
* Russian citizen is a must
* Fluent English is a must
