Requirements:
5+ years of relevant work experience (in Oil & Gas industry with a Western company);
Higher education;
Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, customized business applications);
Accurate and organized, responsible, ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously;
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
Coordination and follow-up of all logistics services:
International and local transportation of materials and equipments, customs clearance;
Accommodation & catering of personnel, transport of personnel from/to site or other location;
Hand-over of materials from sites to yards.
Stock/warehouse management:
Control and inspection of shipments at their arrival at yard;
Preparation of shipment according contractors’ requests;
Provide and assess handling, storage, preservation, preparation for shipment instructions to Contractors according Suppliers, and Internal procedures;
Update material & equipment yards database according MRR (Material Receipt Reports), MIR (Material Request) and regular physical inventories;
OSD’s Management (Overage, Shortage and Damaged) with involved parties;
Management of the stocks and mobile phones to/from personnel travelling to the site.
Others:
Assistance in the preparation of calls for tender and contract follow-up for logistic services (Freight Forwarding, Customs clearance, Local transportation, rental of premises and connected services), in relation with Project Control Dept.;
Preparation and implementation of logistics procedures;
Review and release of Contractors’ invoices (from it’s scope) and implementation of the budget of the Deptartment;
Maintain KPI of logistic activities;
Arrangement of spot services required by others Deptartments in Moscow, site or other locations according availability.
