Requirements: * 10 years of effective hands-on experience in E&P construction and fabrication environments
* Comprehensive knowledge of the principles governing all terms and conditions of EPC contracts, Company HSE and QAQC policies, and the Company industry as a whole
* Rigorous / Formal presentation skills / Excellent written and oral communication skills / Able to work in a multicultural (Russian) environment
* Able to influence, enforce and persuade
* Fluent in both English and Russian (speaking and writing)
Responsibilities:
* monitors the progress of the construction and fabrication activities under the EPSCC contract at locations in Russia, Europe and Malaysia
* Approves construction and fabrication procedures
* Ensures compliance with the contract terms and conditions
* Participates in the qualification of sub contractors involved infabrication and construction
* Ensures compliance with HSE policies and intervenes where necessary
* Is proactive towards the project team to identify risky situations and propose methods of improvement
* Provide close monitoring of activities to prevent delays
* Provides support to the project team on contractual, QAQC and HSE matters
* Participates as required, in weekly and monthly progress meetings
* Monitors and reports contract progress at various sites
* Provides all relevant information needed for Project reporting: progress, HSE, QAQC etc.
