Oil & gas company is looking for Field Engineering Coordinator (E&I).
Review and digest the Detailed Design of the Project.
Assist and ensure coordination of Electrical & Instrumentation activities with the other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design.
Manage and Co-ordinate the As built Documentation Review Procedure
Regularly review, update and maintain the As Built MASTER register to ensure all expected as built documentation include site generated PMT drawings are captured and logged.
Review and verify the deliverables (As Built Drawings) to be produced by the Contractor(s) related to Electrical & Instrumentation are complete and accurate. Ensure As Built drawings are consistent with ACTS
Produce & issue As Built Documents based on pre-com/com red-line mark-ups for documents not released by construction Contractors and ensure validation follow-up by authorized department
Liaise with other project disciplines (QA/QC, 3rd Party Inspection, All Construction Superintendents but mainly E&I disciplines, PreComm / Comm) where required to facilitate the As Built review process.
Provide necessary support for Discipline Field Engineers during the review of the As Built drawings received.
Conduct site visits as necessary to verify as built documentation accuracy.
Put forward suggestions for improving the As Built Documentation Review Procedure
Hold regular progress meetings with both Construction Contractors and Discipline Engineers to chase outstanding as built documentation and drawing reviews.
Review of E&I Engineering document on Prodom & Provide assistance to discipline field engineers when required during review
Provide weekly input to reports to FPE on progress of all issues raised and expected timeframe to completion. Compile and maintain the As Built Progress Reporting Process.
Provide specialist input into Engineering Technical Queries received from CONTRACTORS where required as directed by the Field Project Engineer.
Provide assistance to Field Discipline Engineers (mainly Electrical and Instrumentation) in the preparation of drawing revision when required.
Arrange and participate in necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work.
Manage the resolution of Punch List Items raised from Construction / Precommissioning / Commissioning teams that are assigned to Engineering
Maintain the Punch List Items database
Assistance in the preparation of the precommissioning dossier
Follow-up Contractor(s) activities. Control and comment all Electrical & Instrumentation documentation issued by contractor(s) related to engineering, procurement, project management, fabrication and tests, and check that they are as per Company specifications and regulations
Provide support to construction and commissioning for activities related to Electrical & Instrumentation
Provide input to the Field project Engineering for Electrical & Instrumentation progress reporting, highlight critical problems and propose corrective actions. Manage the resolution of Opersafe Items raised from Operations team that are assigned to Engineering.
Manage the resolution of anomaly issues that are assigned to Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil industry as Electrical & Instrumentation engineer (upstream)
Knowledge of Russian normative for both Electrical and Instrumentation
Native in Russian & Fluent in English (speaking and writing).Experience in AutoCad is a must.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
