ACTIVITIES
• Organize and implement inter-disciplines co-ordination in his team. Propose necessary technical arbitration between engineering disciplines in case of conflicts
• Organize quality control
• Set and implement plans with the engineering contractors to have all relevant deliverables issued on time
• Check that Endorsement of previous studies is properly conducted by contractor(s)
• Liaise and ensure good-coordination with site planning site engineer
• Liaise and ensure good co-ordination with all the others entities in the project team (Operation, HSE, Permitting …). Liaise with other entities of the Company to manage interfaces. Liaise with Kharyaga operating team to collect necessary data for the project
• Ensure all technical documentation is produced according to plans
• Constantly check that the design is developed according to the pre-project, the SOR and takes into account the HAZOP & PTR findings. Check that engineering and procurement documents are as per Company specifications and rules
• Ensure that Engineering Queries and Requests For Waiver are reviewed and answered according to contract(s) obligations
• Ensure close follow-up of Engineering Contractor(s) activities
• Call for and participate to necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work. Participate to internal and external interface meetings
• Participate to Technical Reviews/Audits (HAZID, HAZOP, PTR …). Ensure follow-up and implementation of outcome
Contribute to the Tender Packages preparation, Technical Evaluations, Recommendations To Award … for selection of the Contractor(s)
• Provide support/participate to construction and commissioning
• Participate to site visits as necessary
• Participate in weekly and monthly progress construction meetings
• Provide input to the Project Services Manager for Project progress reporting, highlight critical problems and propose corrective actions QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Graduate engineer with minimum 8 years experience in the oil industry (upstream) of which 5 as engineering manager
Fluent in Russian and English (speaking and writing)
