One major Russian Oil & Gas companies working on an international level, with many projects worldwide is looking for Freight Forwarding coordinator
Job Location: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk
For candidates from Sakhalin Region ONLY!
Duties:
Oversee all freight forwarding operations for the AD project – domestic and international
Provide input to the project Logistics Plan and Shipping Instructions
Oversee customs broker & arrange necessary documentation for certification, inspections, clearance
Oversight of contractor logistics processes, review & comment on plans/procedures
Maintain thorough understanding of RF Customs Code and PSA clearance requirements, advise PMT of coming changes to regulation
Review all shipping documentation for correctness
Prepare / coordinate guarantee letters for PSA cargoes
Report status of all company shipments
Prepare cost estimates for budget management
Provide data to Materials Management function as required
Maintain report of imported goods for project controllers
Support Contractor logistics team as required (planning, advice)
Liaise with RF Customs authorities if requested
Support other Logistics functions as needed to ensure project success (Personnel, Port/Marine, Admin, Office)
Minor translation/interpretation support
Specific Skills Required
Experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in international freight coordination,
2 years management experience, thorough knowledge of RF Customs procedures for clearing cargo.
Language: Advanced English & Russian
Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
