Large international oil and gas company is looking for IIF Coordinator!
Job Qualifications:
• Min five (5) years previous consulting experience (Transformational or Organizational Consulting) • Experience in RF and/or R of K or other CIS locations • Experience coaching senior leadership • Must have a methodical and well organized approach to the work environment • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels • Must have experience with working in an integrated team environment • Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities • Must be able to conceptualize processes and systems to meet project needs and effectively implement same • General knowledge of the principles and practices of consulting • Knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of transformational and management consulting • Knowledge of the organizations and operations of administrative programs • Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the global community • Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form • English and Russian fluency required
Key functions include:
• Championing Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) engagement and implementation across all locations. • Support HSE Team • Develop and maintain CPE IIF Plan • Identify and mentor IIF champions • Coordinate IIF activities across all work locations • Facilitate site IIF Leadership Team meetings • Participate in activities (e.g., tool box talks, job safety analysis, safety meetings, etc.) and be a visible IIF leader • Compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) ensuring all interactions with governmental officials are compliant with FCPA requirements
