International Oil and Gas Company is looking for Risk Analyst! The Risk Data Analyst will be located in the office in Novorossiysk. Risk Data Analysts will be using the Contractors Procurement Register and all other Contractors data available along with Primavera to provide information to the Company concerning the material deliveries matching construction schedule. Job Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Risk Analysis Engineer Actively champions safety Confirms the right material and quantity is on hand to sustain the construction schedule. Provides an early warning system to Company Management on critical or near critical material, and provide corrective action plans as required to maintain schedule. Provides interface between the Contractors Procurement and Company Construction Management in order to prioritize material per the construction schedule. Provides work-around(s) for work that was on the schedule but was impacted by late or damaged material deliveries Provides accurate and timely “what-if” schedule scenarios as required by Company Management. Monitors all materials using Primavera and the Contractors Procurement Register
Conditions: Full-time Residency in Novorossiysk, Russia is required. Work Hours = 40hrs/wk (M-F) Anticipated Start Date = April 2012 Projected End Date = 2015
Essential Skills / Qualifications: University degree (IT or Engineer equivalent). 2-5 years of related experience. Knowledge of equipment and construction terminology Interpersonal/communication skills to interface with colleagues at all levels without creating conflict. Proficiency in Primavera (P6) is not required but is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Applications) is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Access is required. Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English language is required.
