Our client is looking for Service Project Manager
PURPOSE: Summarize briefly the major function and purpose of the position. Plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects typically consisting of engineering, procurement and construction contracts. May manage projects involving multi-sites and/or remote locations. Manages the detail commercial terms, schedule, risks, and financial performance of the project in order to deliver a quality product and services on time. Give daily technical support to TSP’s at on-/and offshore locations. You are the source of information and the internal and external contact person related to the job, preparation and installation. You are responsible for ensuring that the service/rental/IC orders are executed and controlled as per Company standards and give input/support to the SAP order entry/control function. The same task with all his disciplines as described above is also applicable for local workshop related orders, internal and external requests. For the workshop repair/refurb it means issue work orders, prepares work packages and set clear dates/milestones, follows up internally and externally till delivery and invoicing. As PM you are the face to the customer for these activities meaning that customer visit’s attending meetings, interface with the customer and making requirements clear, being supportive resulting finally in customer success is one of your goals. Be responsible for ensuring that the internal reporting is properly achieved and that the operation is capable of successfully passing Company internal or external audits. Requirements: - Knowledge of the English language writing as well as verbal. - Knowledge of the Russian language, writing as well as verbal. - Technical Education (Mechanical Engineering as a minimum) - Very good interpersonal and communication skills. - Flexibility in order to support the TSP’s and your customer(s) even outside office hours. - Stress resistance. - PC knowledge (MS Office) and preferred an ERP System (SAP). - Combine strong technical skills with commercial skills. - Capable of attending internal and external meetings and prepare and give presentation if required. - Capable of working in a team as well on your own. - Capable of trouble shooting, find and or support alternative solutions. - Proactive attitude. - Objective way of thinking / approach. Experience: - Project management experience. - Understanding of the Oil & Gas business. - Works organized and structured and thinks ahead. - Experience to manage employees. - Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a constantly changing environment Assist and support the quotation department for commercial and technical offers for and to customers
