International Oil and Gas Company is looking for Transport Dispatcher!
The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in customer services and customer focused service delivery; ideally with capital project activities.
Key functions include:
• Manage and direct the vehicle fleet leased to CPE in Novorossiysk, and along the CPC Pipeline.
• Develop, manage and coordinate with CPE Customers, visitors and SS, the daily vehicle movement schedules for office cars and bus services, and for all airport runs and business trips by car.
• Prepare vehicle support for business trips by car.
• Control drivers and customers to follow JMP
• Liaise with Construction and other CPE departments on vehicle usage under their direct control.
• Monitor IVMS and report driver performance and compliance;
• Coordinate vehicle Satellite Tracking monitoring with Elite Moscow to be able to monitor and managing compliance with vehicle’s pre-planned movement schedule, and be the driver’s first check-in contact person.
• Register and process any incoming emergency information and urgent requests
General:
• Maintain a professional and high level of confidentiality, ensuring that company business information is not disclosed to third parties.
• Responsible for developing timely and accurate monthly Transportation reports for CPE
• Promoting Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) engagement and implementation within the Logistics and Security Group operations.
• Compliance with all BC&E and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) ensuring all interactions with governmental officials are compliant with FCPA requirements

• Maintain an open door communication and rapport with Project Team
• Promote a professional safety culture atmosphere
• Contribute to and take part in team building events to promote a successful working relationship
Job Qualifications:
• Should be able to work without close supervision. Should be self organized. Requires a diverse set of duties including computer (MS-Word, MS-Excel, internet navigation) and interpersonal skills (good communicator, self starter)
• Min one (1) year previous coordination experience on project works ( in Oil & Gas international projects in advantage)
• Experience in RF and knowledgeable of the City of Novorossiysk and neighboring towns and regions
• Must have a methodical and well organized approach to the work environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels
• Must have experience with working in an integrated team environment
• Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities
• Proactive thinker
• Be able to receive constructive criticism for professional growth
• English and Russian fluency required
