Oil and gas company (our client) is looking for Warehouseman!
Job Responsibilities • Reports directly to the Warehouseman Lead • Actively champions safety • Issues Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports on Contractors Warehousing & Logistics activities • Ensure that material and equipment handling is managed and done by properly authorized, accountable and qualified personnel • Checks construction equipment to make sure they have the proper Certificates for work • Organizes Warehouse audits (physical check of material and paperwork) • Performs surplus disposal for equipment/material that Contractors turn over to Company at the end of the project • Advises Company QC for inspections of Equipment/Material upon arrival • Tracks, drives, checks, and reviews contractually required Material & Warehousing requirements: 1. Acts of Acceptance (receiving and issuing) 2. Preservation of Equipment and Material 3. Receiving Equipment & Material 4. Storing Equipment & Material (in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations) 5. Issuing Equipment & Material 6. Material Logs (Receipts and Issues) 7. Over Short & Damaged (OS&D) 8. Security 9. Tagging, Marking and Packing of incoming materials 10. Spares (Commissioning and 2 yr Operating) 11. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all paints, chemicals, etc. 12. Proper marking of warehouse and outside storage locations 13. Equipment (Dossiers per SDRL & ITP)
Job Qualifications • College degree. • 1-5 years of related experience. • Tenacity to overcome obstacles. • Interpersonal/communication skills to interface with colleagues at all levels without creating conflict. • Computer skills using Microsoft Applications (Excel/Word/Outlook). • Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English language is required.
Terms and conditions: • Full-time Residency in Novorossiysk, Russia or Atyrau, Kazakhstan is required. (2 positions) in Novorossiysk and (1 position) in Atyrau • Work Hours = 40hrs/wk (M-F) • Anticipated Start Date = September 2012
