Position Description
Responsible for development and execution of day-to-day business practices including, processing of warranty cases, BU and Customer relationships, reporting, registrations, and other related activities. This position includes coordination of full scope of activities related to all the warranty cases within responsibility of Moscow representation of company. Additional responsibilities include data analysis to drive warranty sales for Insight through strategic and tactical initiatives.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Customer satisfaction in the processing of warranty claims and time of processing of each claim will be key essential KPI for the warranty specialist.

Essential Functions:

 To establish and implement the warranty policy within Moscow office of the company
 To arrange cooperation with BU on warranty claims
 To organize document flow for warranty claims
 Tracking and follow-up of all warranty cases starting from the dispatch date from the factory
 To ensure satisfactory response time to the customer warranty requests
 To provide necessary information about warranty claims fully and in time
 To interact with BU responsible in order to manage decisions in time including intercompany quotes
 To ensure that fulfillment of all requirement stipulated in company warranty procedures and guidelines
 To look for opportunities to cut costs by driving operational efficiencies including local subcontracting, optimization of solutions.
 To negotiate solutions with Customer
 To generate reports for the purpose of identifying win/loss ratios, warranty case statistics, and other parameters.

Position Requirements
 Minimum 5+ years of machinery industry experience
 Must possess strong operational skills as well as strong interpersonal and management skills.
 Strong relationship building, communication and follow-up skills.
Accountabilities
- Ability to manage tasks and to achieve defined goals independently in collaboration with other internal departments and the customer representatives.
- Design and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-starter.
- Must understand the company objectives, and possess the ability to make decisions and undertake actions, which balance customer needs with company policies.
This position requires the ability to translate Management directives into plans and actions that will achieve the agreed upon goals as well as individual performance
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, managers or customers.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited information exists.
Must demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Good English skills.
