Halliburton International inc. is looking for [b]Fuel Control [/b]specialists for Fuel Control start-up project in Nizhnevartovsk and Nefteyugansk.
[b]Responsibilities:[/b]
Maintain control of the fuel cards
Ensure all purchases are verified and any discrepancies investigated
Ensure fuel control system is working properly and data received frequently
Compare fuel dispensed by fuel truck to usage shown on fuel control system
Work with vendors to get best data on cards so that exception reporting can be produced
Coordinate drive-right, fuel control system Omnicom, and credit card information
Be responsible to ensure fuel processes (fuel card and wet hosing) are followed
Check vendor gauges to be sure they are calibrated correctly
Ensure all employees using fuel cards have signed employee acceptance agreement
Training and support as needed
Interface with Fuel Team in the USA
[b]Main Requirements:[/b]
Work experience in fuel control or procurement is preferable
Experienced PC user
Fluent English and strong communication skills
