Responsibilities:

- manage the day-to-day functioning of Project Development Team;
- management of Development Team via professional application of Petroleum Engineering skills, delivered in a fully integrated manner with Well Engineering;
- define and deliver optimal Field Development Plans for Field;
- identification, development and implementation of optimal lifecycle Maturation Plans for Projects and SFR Opportunities;
- Subsurface Value Realisation activities related to Wells and Reservoir Surveillance, and Operational Support;
- Subsurface Technical Support of Project
- manage Russianisation Planning, Manpower Planning and Succession Planning for Project Development Team, including assurance on mentoring and coaching of Russian staff;
- Quality Assurance for all Subsurface Activities and Deliverables, consistent with all Company Global Processes and Minimum Standards, and in compliance with all Russian PSA standards and requirements;
- technical activities in support of all internal and external reserves reporting work;
- identify, manage and mitigate Subsurface Risks;
- maintain an active ORU Register;
- deliver the Annual Team HSES Plan.
Requirements:
- higher professional education in Higher professional education and additional training in development of oil and gas fields;
- experience in Field Development area no less than 15 years, leadership experience of 3 years.
- language: fluent in Russian and conversant in oral and written English.
