The primary role of the Sales Director is to manage and grow the sales within the territory. This will be achieved directly and by the effective management of the Sales Team. This should include the identification and development of new business whilst managing the continuing and growing relationship with existing customers to ensure sustainability and growth of sales and margin. The Sales Director should obtain suitable enquiries and convert them into profitable orders to meet the requirements of the Business Plan
Responsibilities:
■ Agree, monitor and evaluate realistic objectives for the Agents, whilst understanding the business capability in supporting those objectives. ■Carryout sufficient Sales calls to keep Company profile within the industry. ■To coordinate and liaise with Proposal Department. ■To coordinate budget bids to clients as required. ■To manage, support and train appointed representatives and appoint new representatives as required. ■Achievement of sales and orders to the business plan on a quarterly basis at the budget margins. ■Regular presentations and visits to customers and development of a strong high level customer network ■To fully understand and report on the market place including market size, opportunity, product development and competition. ■Assist with Yearly Business Plan for Region. ■Look after the company’s interests at all times. ■Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters relating to company business. ■Understand the company strategy, philosophy, policy and operation. Requirements:
■Higher education ■5 Years Sales Experience of oil&gas systems on Russian market ■Good sales skills, marketing research ■Knowledge of oil&gas market ■Fluent/Upper intermediate english language Контакты: Semen Gryzlov
