Responsibilities:
• Form and implement Company Strategy in Drilling
• Correct and implement the Standards of Basic areas of activity:
- Drilling.
- Exploratory Drilling
- Supervising
• Support of Drilling Group Activity
• Form and refresh pre-qualification criteria and list of contactors on Drilling criteria
• Process Management of carrying out technical audits on Drilling Services Business Unit and Drilling contractors
• Form and implement Unified Technological Policy of Company jointly with The Department of Drilling Engineering in part:
- Well planning
- Carry out technological calculation by engineering staff of company’s Drilling Services
- Instructions and regulations of execution activities
- Control during carrying out of activities (supervising)
• Implement new technology in Drilling
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in drilling
• Not less than 10 years of international work experience in one of the leading oil or gas services
• 5 years of experience at supervising post in drilling is a must.
• Participation in implementation large projects
• Work experience with contractors and service companies, comprehension of factors, influencing on work productivity
• Skills in:
- Forming strategies
- Expert knowledge of main technologies, connected with Drilling (Drilling process, telemetry system, logging, Drilling solution, chisel, carbonizing technologies, methods of prevention and liquidation of accidents and complications.
