Activities:
• Respectively follows to Company HSE policy; conducts and actively attends at safety meetings; reports anomalies; prepares and conducts risk evaluation of the warehouse object’s and operations; follows up and tracks the HSE action plans.
• Manages TEPR Production & Drilling warehouses, their operations, procedures and personnel;
• Works closely with maintenance and drilling engineering and technical support staff to develop effective solutions to transit materials and reliability problems;
• Develops procedures and standing instructions for warehouse operation, prepares and submits written reports to his hierarchy
• Analyze the activities of warehouse (materials movements) by SAP reports, control timely posting of transactions in the system (SAP); Receive, review and evaluate bids for awards. Prepares the schedule and performs trainings for warehouse personnel.
• Attends & leads the inventories, clarifies, tracks and reports the inventory findings;
• Works with Purchasing Department to developing standards for warehouse stock;
• Continually check and correct the irregulars in SAP materials database, periodically runs the SAP reports, update warehouse stock database, checks the correct performs of warehouse paperwork;
• Investigates accidents and unusual occurrences; determines cause, develops, and implements resolutions;
• Prepares and proves the budget for warehouses safe and productive operation, improve the quality of services;
• Communicates with state departments on questions related to warehouses operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Logistics or Economic
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in inventory and/or materials management in gas-oilfield operations
• Proficiency in management of human resources and supply chain
• Good knowledge of SAP Business Suite R/3 Materials Management
