Requirements: * Bachelor degree in Logistics or higher
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory and/or materials management, including experience evaluating
* Proficiency in management of human resources and material resources
* Good knowledge of SAP Business Suite R/3 Materials Management
* Fluency in the English and Russian languages, good writing skills.
* Valid Class B driver’s license
Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of personnel in warehouses involved in the daily routing of deliveries; the storage and movement of materials, equipment or supplies in stock; and those engaged in receiving, issuing and delivering supplies and equipment including accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments to all departments.
* Ensure good working relationships between Warehouse staff and all other departments by providing timely communication to personnel regarding Warehouse policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with purchasing staff to ensure efficient inter-office relations.
* Works closely with maintenance and drilling engineering and technical support staff to develop effective solutions to transit materials and reliability problems. Work with Purchasing Department to developing standards for warehouse stock. Resolve order/delivery discrepancies with vendors and resolve warehouse stock discrepancies and credits with material accountant. Set stock reorder point and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database, performs all required SAP paperwork
* Ensures that procedures for Material Control, Material Hand-Over and Logistics of Personnel are implemented, obtains real-time information on the operations taking place at the Yards, prepares / approves Material Receipt Reports for inbound materials, approves Material Issuance Requests for outbound materials, gives directions for Storage Space Management at the Yards, gives directions for the Handling, Storage and Preservation operations at the Yards, gives directions for the preparation for shipment of the materials & equipment at the Yards, prepares the sets of Shipping Documents for materials & equipment to be customs cleared, reports to Moscow on the arrival / despatch of materials & equipment, initiates performance review meetings with local Logistics contractors, review and Approval of the invoices of local Logistics contractors, local interface with QC for incoming inspection on materials & equipment
* Investigates accidents and unusual occurrences; determines cause, develops, and implements resolutions or corrective actions.
* Develops procedures and standing instructions for warehouse operation, prepares and submits written reports to his hierarchy.
* Manage District surplus, salvage and disposal of equipment, responsible for proper scrapping of any equipment/material related to warehousing. Receive, review and evaluate bids for awards. Prepares the schedule and performs trainings for warehouse personnel.
