HEAD of Well Engineering HSE Team

 Ensure compliance with RF and company standards, regulations and the best HSE practices.
 Provide interaction with RF government authorities and coordinate activities in elimination of issued prescriptions.
 Assist WE Manager in preparation of annual WE business plan and WE HSE plan in line with Wells Management System.
 Carry out HSE critical tasks as per WE level 2 HSE case.
 Provide assistance to WE contractors in preparation of HSE Managements plans and level 3 HSE cases.
 Participate in contractors’ color banding and BPR reviews and provide necessary information to Contracts department.
 Arrange and perform different types of HSE training including mandatory RF trainings. Coordinate provision of company specific trainings for company and Contractors staff (Designated First Aid training, Defensive Driving).
 Develop & regularly update ER communication charts with all WE contractors and perform duties as part of ER Team. Participate in and assess effectiveness of WE contractors ER drills with keep track of corrective actions.
 Participate in incident investigation and preparation of SMART remedial actions, including close-out monitoring. Participate in IRP sessions.
 Keep safety statistics data basis and regularly update such; provide data to company Corporate.
 Participate in HAZID and HAZOP studies.
 Provide expertise on HSE issues and give advice to WE staff.
 Perform regular on- site inspections and audits including ASA.
 Participate in pre-qualification audits of potential Contractors.
 Maintain WE HSE award system for contractors’ personnel.
 Coordinate and process information on received Green Cards and share info with WE contractors.
 Develop safety bulletins and share info with Contractors, company, personnel (WALT, WGN).
 Coordinate implementation of company DROPS program and other MUST DO actions. Translate and adopt info (Standards, Procedures, Best Practice, Safety Alerts) provided by company and communicate to parties concerned.
 Search appropriate vendors for purchasing of HSE equipment required for company WE operations.
 Provide interface with other departments (Construction and Operations).
 Conduct regular HSE meetings with all WE contractors and track assigned actions.
 Provide assistance to WE staff in managing Concurrent operations (PTW, Delineation Zones of Responsibilities between different SPD Departments, adherence to MOPO, handover of HCO duties to Operations department).
 Ensure regular testing of gas detectors.
 Provide assistance to corporate HSE dept in regular water testing conducted by State Sanitary Inspection and monitors the quality of water provided to contractors.
 Provide necessary assistance to 3D seismic operations (work supervision, training, HSE expertise, ER, camp arrangements).
 Coach newly employed WE personnel in HSE domain.
 Develop and implement HSE procedures applicable to WE activities.
 Participate in company Standing Commission established for provision of HSE training and certification of personnel.
 Implement and monitor programs (Green Cards, Reward program) to raise HSE culture of contractors’ staff. Ensure compliance with safe system of work (PTW, JSA, KEEVER-Risk assessment tool, TBT) and share learning’s from provided safety alerts.
 Carry out regular audits, inspections of logistic & contractors (cranes, heavy vehicles) to ensure compliance with RF & company's rules and regulations. Development and implementation of crane, lifting & slinging standards.
 Monitor WE contractors’ performance with regards to company policies and road safety standards and communicate information to the parties concerned with ensure follow up.
 Maintain HSE data and reporting system (HSE performance statistics, Contractors reporting, managing outstanding actions from incidents, audits and inspections). Prepare monthly HSE bulletins.
 Provide individual advice to WE and Contractor personnel on HSE issues in order to raise HSE culture
