Position Health and Safety expert
Function
• Compiling, implementation and controlling of concepts and regulations on subjects of occupational health&safety in relation to other HSE functions, -Consultancy and support of key persons in the local organization in line with specific laws and regulations;
• Accident analyze with compiling of corrective actions;
• Coordination and check of preventive and regulative measures;
• Implementing of an appropriate work safety measures;
• Preparing the organization for ISO18001/OHSAS certification in collaboration with 14001 and organization and passing the cluster certification;
• Coordination and check of preventive and regulative measures;
• Recording and investigate of risk conditions and elaborate of suggestions for risk seduction;
• Ensure the business vailability of governmental H&S mandatory certifications and trainings;
• Planning and execution of work safety audits and inspections;
• Consultancy and training of employees in subjects of occupational health and safety and accident prevention;
• Support in compiling of rules, regulations, working procedures and directives.
Requirements
• Degree on Mechanical or electrical Engineer with Health and Safety Education / Experience University;
• Knowledge/Languages: English - advanced level, German - intermediate level;
• Experience: 3 up to 5 years in Health&Safety positions experience on Energy sites;
• Capabilities: Unlimited thinking, Decision making, Strategic Judgement and Risk Management, Team skills, Customer focus, Communication skills.
