Oil and gas company is looking for HR Officer:
HR Officer must know:
production and organizational structure, types of Company's activities; processes and production modes of the Company; legislative and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation; methodical and other materials on preservation of the department; labor and pension legislation of the Russian Federation; the structure and staff plan of Company; order of registration, record keeping and storage of work record books and personal files of the personnel; procedure for assigning titles of professions of workers and positions of officers; procedures for personnel changes accounting and compiling of established reporting; procedure for managing Company’s personnel database; occupational health and safety, environmental protection rules; means of computer facilities, communications and connections; business communication ethics; Company's labor regulations
Responsibilities:
enter information on the quantitative, qualitative composition of employees and their movement into the organization's staff database, monitor its timely updating and entering of new data; keep records of employees’ working time: monthly prepare the time-sheets and send it after the approval to the accounting department no later than the last working day of the pay month; keep records of granting leaves to employees, exercise control over the preparation and compliance with schedules of regular leaves; organize rotational personnel change, changing crews; perform daily personnel accounting; inform about arriving and departing personnel; study the causes of staff turnover and participate in the development of measures to reduce it; prepare established reporting documentation; carry out his/her labor activity in Company's interests, following the requirements of corporate policy, and ethical standards of behavior; keep service documentation in order, regularly review the messages received via e-mail and answer them in a timely manner; observe Company's internal labor regulations; observe occupational health and safety rules, environmental protection rules; not disclose information that constitutes confidential information; also other obligations established by acts of the employer and/or expressed by the line manager in verbal form and responsibilities which are outgoing from the nature of the appointment/specialty of employee and the character of carrying out job.
