This position is based in Moscow, Russia. HSE manager will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Providing HSES assurance across module fabrication yards
• Providing HSES guidance and support to Site team members
• Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to Fabrication Yard HSE Advisors
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with contractors
• Structured and disciplined approach to work.
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
• Actively participate in Company Safety programs and training as required.
• Proactively adhere to and promote the Company workplace values and behaviors exercising tolerance and respect for diversity.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate specialist with minimum 15 years experience in the oil and gas industries.
At least 4 years experience on Construction Projects
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Russian language will be a plus
Yard experience will be a plus
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
