Responsibilities:
• Developing vision, policy and goals, and make the strategy known and understood by managers and all personnel
• Facilitate development of tools, methods, procedures and processes for HSE
• Continually improve the HSE management system and its implementation
• Develop and monitor progress in the yearly HSE action programs for Eurasia
• Execute necessary reporting to authorities, organizations and Company
• Continually improve emergency preparedness and crisis management through co-ordination of training and exercises
• Plan and execute internal and external audits
• Represent the Company in all HSE discussions with other Company’s entities
• Facilitate HSE work in the organization
• Work proactive with the organization in projects and workshops
• Participate in HSE Forum meetings
• Manage HSE campaigns such as HSE Calendar, monthly topic, HSE Newsletter
• Monitor and follow up of Incidents and investigations
• Prepare and conduct Management review in Eurasia
Requirements:
• Good knowledge in Russian legal requirement to oil & gas industry
• Good knowledge in international HSE standards, the ISO 9001 & 14001 and OSHA 18001 in particular
• Good knowledge in Management systems in general, and HSE systems in particular
• Thorough knowledge to oil & gas industry challenges
• Ability to and experience with working in different cultures
• Ability to work in teams and networks
• Knowledge of Access database, SAP
• Ability to speak English and Russian fluently
