This position is based in Russia, Kaluga region. HSE Supervisor will be involved in a construction project.
Activities:
• Ensuring HSE evaluations are preformed and followed up during the construction work;
• Assisting in developing emergency plan and in training activities during construction phase;
• Ensuring that all work at height is properly planned and organized;
• Ensuring that the risks from work at height are assessed and appropriate work equipment is selected and used;
• Make sure equipment used for work at height is well maintained and inspected regularly
• Improving development strategy for the Construction activities;
• Ensuring employees are familiar with existing HSE requirements;
• Updating the site work Procedures/Instructions accordingly;
• Reviewing HSE activities ;
• Assist Investigation & Reporting process;
• Assisting in the development of company HSE policy and reporting procedures;
• Conducting a review of the existing safe systems of work;
• Adapting safe systems of work to project specific needs;
• Providing guidance on HSE procedure and Government compliance;
• Development of project specific HSEQ documents;
• Developing of risk assessments;
• Monitoring and upgrading of safety equipment.
Context and environment:
• Rotation 11w/2w
Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years oil, gas, energy or construction industry.
Good in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
