Our client is a large international pipeline Oil & Gas company.
It has an outstanding team and good compensation package.

HSE TRAINING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

- provide technical functions to support and facilitate Training Group activities and ensure timely provision of scheduled HSE classes as per curriculum for personnel of regular departments and operations personnel hired during the realization of current Project;
- participate in preparation and implementation of the annual training curriculums for the personnel of regular department as well as operations personnel hired during the realization of current Project and outside training vendors;
- conduct training needs analysis and prepare suggestions regarding various training programs availability to the Training Group Supervisor;
- training and developing staff to meet current and future working demands in HSE field;
- work with other divisions on facilitation of employees’ training when obtaining visas, air tickets and putting together training itineraries for the training outside of the country;
- development of computer-based courses based on provided training materials, publishing and administration of computer-based courses in the learning management system.

Requirements:

- higher educational degree;
- at least 3-year experience of practical work with HSE in oil and gas sector activity;
- prior experience working in a Russian or similar international environment is an advantage;
- the ability to work as part of a team and to effectively interact with a variety of nationals and expats;
- proficiency with MS Office programs;
- fluent in English;
- good communication skills;
- planning and organizational skills – able to develop, organize and implement detailed training plans.
