Recruiting agency IOTA Vostok is currently looking for experienced professionals for the position of HSES Superintendent in a foreign construction company.

Main Responsibilities:
• Site HSES Superintendent for plant construction
• Ensure compliance to both Russian Law and Project HSES Procedures
• HSE Supervision during 2010 Construction works :
* Gas line and High Voltage line rerouting
* Earthworks
* Demolition works
* Piling
* Concrete works
• Coordination with a Security Specialised Contractor
• Preparation and collection of regulatory HSES documentation required per the Russian Law
• Interface with Project HSES Manager located abroad and local Construction Management staff
• Weekly and monthly reporting to Project HSES Manager

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years experience in HSES Supervision positions for Construction
• Proper certification as Safety Supervisor
• Experience working with Western Companies
• Operational English
• Good Computer skills (Word and Excel)
