Position & Mission:
Our customer is an International Operating Company, currently undertaking a major oil project located in Russia. We currently have a vacant position of Contract Engineer. Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of contact documents
• Preparations of Invitation to Tenders
• Tender Evaluation
• Contract negotiations and award
• Contract Administration and Folilow up. Accountabilities:
• Administration of several extensive service, study and survey contracts with Russian and international companies in accordance with Russian and international practice and regulations.
• Close relation with the task owners
• Good international procurement and business environment. Profile:
• 1-5 years of experience within contractual work
• Russian (native) and English fluent (second) language
