Position
IT Manager
Accountabilities
• Management of IT Department.
• Strategic IT planning (3YITP), IT budget planning (OPEX, CAPEX).
• Controlling and reporting on budget and expenses (OPEX, CAPEX).
• Work on risk assessment and improvement of IT services availability and reliability.
• Enable effective internal and external customers’ support and satisfaction.
• Coordinate the IT purchasing process (hardware, software, projects). Control over software and license deployment and purchasing.
• Implementation, control and improvement of corporate standards and policies (Backup & DRP, Mobile & Computer policies, Software instructions, etc.).
• Effective support and improvement of business processes by means of corporate ERP (T-One) and other applications.
Requirements
• Higher education, degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Economics is mandatory.
• General IT background and understanding of IT technologies on both Business Applications and IT Infrastructure sides.
• English: upper-intermediate and above.
• 5+ of professional experience in IT field in both IT Infrastructure and Applications areas.
• 3+ years of Project Management/ IT Management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Good communication skills, listening skills, time-management, stress resistance, goal-oriented, ability to accept and lead changes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time, ability to be on available on mobile phone 24x7, during weekends and public holidays.
