KCA DEUTAG is a leading international drilling and engineering company working offshore and onshore with the focus of safety, quality and operational performance. As a result of the further growth of our activities in Europe, Russia nad Kazakhstan we are looking for a Deputy Supply Manager to join our Russian operation in Tyumen.
Key tasks:
- leading the global supply management organisation in Tyumen, i.e. Purchasingm Materials management&transport during the absence of Supply manager
- cross functional management with other departments.
- guarantee that all GSM activities are in line iwth the KCA DEUTAG standards.
- identification, analisys and generation of significant cost savings within the whole supply chain.
- execution and support of high volume tender.
- optimization and harmonisation of the GSM processes as part of the Global Supply Management.
You profile:
- Master's degree preferably in business administration/ecomonics.
- 5-8 years GSC experience in the field of oil&gas, heavy industry, marine of equivalent.
- experience in leading a big team
- fluent English, Russian as mother language
- capability of working independently, thoroughly and reliably
- good communication skills
- PC user with the knowledge of SAP R/3
- integrity
- willingness to travel
- willingnell to work on rotational basis 4 week on/4 weeks off
