Provide technical skills to ensure the successful of our jobs and response of any request related to the HT&P equipment as well as takes all necessary initiatives to assure technician’s safety and equipment’s service life on all company's jobs site. Receives and processes client orders in a timely manner for the assigned territories,
Analyzes jobs on a technical point of view by using customers technical specifications,
Liaises with the Inside sales department to review client specifications,
Establishes equipments list according existing equipment and clients’ specification,
Monitors equipments availability requested in accordance with the Service Center Supervisor and the workshop,
Follows up deadline’s orders in coordination with the Service Center Supervisor and the workshop,
Creates methods statement according to company's procedure in order to provide a good comprehension of company's performs to customers,
Coordinates the design and fabrication of special equipment, modification of existing equipment by cooperation with engineering department,
Assists in the preparation of quotes to ensure practicality and profitability;
Provides job-site assessments when required by the Client or applications,
Regularly updates and maintains the Equipment Tracking Database and provides with the equipment availability information to the requester
Monitors equipment quality standards, investigates problems and recommends required corrective actions and preventive measures,
Supports HT&P field applications by serving in an advisory and operational capacity as required ensuring that jobs are completed within corporate guidelines at minimal delay and cost and with maximum safety,
Conducts on-site pre-job field audits/evaluations to identify clients’ requests, solve technical troubles with company's equipment in order to provide specific answer to each customers,
Remains current on new development, policies and procedures relating to equipment and operational/maintenance techniques and implements changes as necessary,
Ensures compliance with established quality control/assurance procedures while performing all the HT&P related processes,
Ensures Russian safety standards implementation in company,
Ensures HSE company's requirements are communicated throughout the Eurasia operations,
Timely coordinates all the necessary trainings and instructional advises according to company's HSE procedures and Russian rules and regulations,
Provides timely HSE reports to company's HSE department.
