This position will be based in Moscow, Russia. The Lead Electrical Engineer Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator's project.
Activities:
• Lead a team of Electrical Engineers, Designers and CAD personnel in the successful execution of electrical engineering and design for projects.
• Prepare electrical engineering budgets and schedules.
• Aware of technical issues and costs related to selection of complex design features.
• Experience in multi-discipline work environment.
• Effectively manage resources on the project to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance for the electrical team.
• Ensures effective communication within and between project disciplines, and with client engineers.
• Tracks project metrics.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience in the energy industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
