Big oil&gas company is looking for Lead M&R Systems Technician in Qatar.
Key Result Areas:
Provides central assistance and co-ordinates the preparation Master Data Changes under strict quality regime, including setting up plant hierarchy, Function Location Data, Equipment Data etc in SAP covering all Plant managed by RasGas (OPCO).
Preares Standard Task Lists to support Preventive Maintenance of all classes of Plant assets, in SAP, based on Equipment Strategy, Criticality and RCM studies.
Prepares Maintenance Plans and Schedules.
Prepares bulk data extracts using a variety of SAP and other Desktop applications, to support reliability analysis, bench marking studies, assets verification, maintenance optimization, etc.
Assists Systems Specialists in carrying out key user testing of several SAP Modules.
Assists with the development of system and user documentation for SAP.
Maintains a Systems Change Register documenting a variety of requirements in support of SAP.
Provides various Operations group with administration backup, including clerical support for the purposes of Order Confirmation, Month end Financial Settlement of PM Orders etc.
Keeps abreast of latest developments in SAP, works management methodology, job costing principles, reliability reporting etc for benefit of Company.
Minimum Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Science and or a Diploma in Engineering.
Excellent Computing skills, especially in SAP, MS Office.
Minimum 4 years Expert level experience with SAP.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as team member.
Good adaptability to work in multicultural environment.
Minimum 10 years varied experience in the development and Use of Computer Systems dedicated to Assets and Facilities Management and Systems, in oil and gas industry.
Good experience in dealing with consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers, particularly pertaining to Systems and Business Process management issues.
