• Development and maintenance of the Level 2 Master Schedule – Primavera Enterprise. • Provide Owner team and EPC functional guidance in the development and maintenance of the Level 3 schedules. • Monitor EPC Contractor planners in development and maintenance of schedules. • Interpret scheduling information and facilitate accurate reporting and analysis to the Management Team • Provide support to the Team in the form of tender evaluations, Contract Schedule Development and overall schedule and reporting guidance • Prepare and/or guide preparation on a monthly basis • Forecast updates to the Project Master Schedule • Progress & Performance Analysis Report • Critical Path / Element Analysis • Verify EPC resource profiling as required • Provide scheduling data to support development of Work Plans & Budgets • Participate in project risk analysis exercises • Participate in scheduled project control meetings with project engineers and budget owners to ensure schedule is accurate and representative; discuss and flag areas of concern and schedule conflict • Produce miscellaneous plans and schedule exercises in support of the project team as required • Interface with contracts and cost engineering groups on schedule and cost phasing matters • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports • Prepare 4 weeks look-ahead reports • Prepare summary presentations for senior management • Review contractors progress reports
Requirements:
• Chartered Engineer or similar education level with minimum 7 years experience in International Oil & Gas industry and Construction (upstream / technical position) • Sound knowledge of scheduling Techniques and tools (Primavera, MS Project) • Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
