Lead Process Engineer (m/f)
to join our team for natural gas supply chain solutions covering gas treatment, liquefaction, LNG storage and distribution, LNG/CNG stations and engine conversion to natural gas.
Work Activities
 Lead design team in the execution of studies, technology selections, basic and detail engineering works.
 Develop design tools, guidelines, specific procedures and standards.
 Prepare lists of engineering deliverables and man-hour requirements for each task.
 Prepare design calculation and cost estimates for proposed designs in the bidding process.
 Develop concepts and perform process simulations.
 Develop and prepare process engineering documents and support to other disciplines.
 Lead HAZID’s and HAZOP’s.
 Perform overall system design and associated coordination.
 Identify and implement design issues related to constructability.
 Squad check of documents from other engineering disciplines as part of inter-discipline Quality Assurance/Quality Control exercise.
 Monitor and control technical quality and progress of design team’s output.
 Control and maintain project schedule and progress.
 Coordinate closely with specialists from other disciplines and with customer specialists.
 Provide construction and start-up assistance.
 Participate in and lead meetings with customers, team members and project participants.
Profile
 Process or chemical engineering degree or equivalent.
 Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
 Experience in managing studies, reports and engineering documentations.
 Extensive knowledge in process engineering in the field of natural gas / energy using state-of-the-art software tools. Experience in LNG is welcome but not a must.
 Familiar with standard suppliers of systems, equipment and materials.
 Knowledge of industry / regulatory codes and standards and environmental regulations.
 Sound knowledge of all engineering disciplines and of construction and HSE requirements.
 Experience with managing technical discussions with third parties such as customers, licensors, suppliers and regulators.
 Good verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English language.
