Position Licensing Sales Manager Russia and CIS
Location Moscow
Job Summary
Responsible for the continued growth of Catalyst and Licensing sales to Refineries in the CIS with the General Director of the Branch. The job requires broad thinking, experience in refinery processes and a high level of associated technical competence. The position also requires establishing strong long-term relationships with existing customers through trust and reliability from regular meetings, at head offices at high and middle management level, with refineries and engineering companies and through seminars. Focus is particularly on major participation for developing new licensed unit sales through technical agility and commercial competence. Responsible for driving international technical licensing team to ensure delivery of quality performance to our customers. The position requires extensive travel within Moscow and to all countries within the CIS. Licensing Sales Manager Russia and CIS will be expected to spend at least 35% of the working time travelling, visiting customers, engineering partners and seminars. Some periods of time will be spent abroad developing relationships with key Licensing members and furthering understanding of company’s technology.
Functions
- Managing the sales of new licensed technology and development of this business in the CIS; - Building strong customer relationships at all necessary levels to be successful; - Building and fostering excellent relations internally with Licensing, Service and Catalyst groups in the organization; - To deliver focused, high quality licensing proposals for prioritized customers; - To implement and manage a sustainable 5 year successful business plan for continued growth.
Requirements
- Engineer (Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related subject) - Technical knowledge based on real industry experience (Minimum 10 years experience in the Refining, Licensing and Catalyst Business both technically and commercially) - Excellent presentational skills - Interpersonal and team skills are essential - Self-motivation and drive for results, good listener, confident, Russian speaker, good communicator, focused - Leadership qualities - Team player - Understanding and applying Value Creation selling methods - Commercial capability, desire to sell and can adopt to company’s stringent compliance rules Conditions - Competitive salary; - Medical insurance; - Meal; - Annual bonus; - Mobile compensation.
