Requirements:
• 10-15 years experience in oil & gas projects at similar position
• Experienced in Construction Contract negotiations and management of large offshore Oil & Gas projects. Perfect understanding of the Contractual relationships between Company and all Contractors (FEED, EPC, LLI, Early contract, etc….) and ability to communicate with partners and local authorities
• Senior experience, Engineer level or equivalent
• Fluent English
Responsibilities:
• Preparing several large EPC contracts, including elaboration and launching of the tenders for the different work packages, negotiating the EPC contracts, participating in the preparation of the Recommendations to Award. Preparing and negotiating of the Change Orders, as required (After signature of the contracts)
• Ensuring that approved procurement governance process is implemented in the onshore project including establishment, approving a follow up of contract strategies
• Supporting Russian content activity
• Preparing the overall LNG investment estimate and annual Onshore budget, implementing an efficient system to closely monitor commitments and expenditures
• Preparing and monitoring the overall LNG planning
• Implementing a reporting system as required by management. This includes the monthly reports in particular
• Implementing an efficient management system for the mobilisation/demobilisation and administration of human resources
• Implementing an LNG Project Management and Control System including internal Project Procedures based on Reference Documents
• Informing and motivating subordinates regarding achievement priorities and giving them directions for the performance of their duties
• Conducting final documentation
