Requirements: * Bachelors’ Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Oil and Gas, or Systems.
* 2+ years of logistical experience (Western Oil & Gas company).
* Proficiency in management of human resources and material resources.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP and ERP.
* Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the development of rules and instruction for the logistics operations.
* Responsible for every month planning of operations and implementation of plans.
* Responsible for every month implementation of the budget and reporting to cost control department, coordinator with cost controller for the reposts and provision of necessary information.
* Responsible of the works implementation in respect of contractual negotiations.
* Responsible for the contract and tender preparation technician assistant to Departments.
* Responsible for HSE reporting and fulfillment of company requirements.
* Responsible for all reports in logistics department that take place on the daily, weekly and monthly bases.
* Responsible for the road permits which has to be taken for Company vehicles.
* Responsible for all vehicles Company and contractors inspection to be done by independent company once a year.
* Creates annual schedule for the every year trainings of logistics stuff and insure that people have necessary permits for the works.
* Creates the schedule of vacations and days off for Logistics.
* Ensures that the company rules, procedures and instructions for the supply chain management are followed up.
* Coordinator with Department contract specialist in respect of technical issues. (30 contracts in Logistics).
* Responsible for HSE meetings with transportation companies.
* Promote safe handling & lifting operation referring to Company HSE policy and international standard.
* Assess handling & lifting organization.
* Review engineering calculation for complex & complicated lifts.
* Approve complicated and complex lift plan and attend the lifts.
* Perform condition check and fitness for purpose on lifting appliances, CCUs, and evaluate their utilization on site (in coordination with Inspections Department).
* Provide lifting and handling expertise advice to all RSES.
* Conduct annual reviews in handling and lifting.
* Participate in all handling and lifting audits in affiliate.
* Report HIPO, and incidents to HQ.
* Provide expertise in day to day handling and lifting activities on site, which include: categorizing lifts, hazard identifications and risk assessment, technical review (lifting procedures and organizations), selection of equipment/suitability of contractors’ equipment, toolbox talk, post-job debriefing, and assessment of completed job.
* Periodically review and re-issued generic lift plans.
* Assessment of competence and proposal of improvement for personnel involved in handling and lifting operations.
* Participate in the development of training plan for users up to required competence in cooperation with Headquarters.
* On site, coaching and mentoring for personnel involved in handling and lifting operations.
* Review current system and standard of equipment’s maintenance with regards to cost effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain up to date subsidiary’s handling and lifting procedures/instructions and ensure they are well understood and applied.
* Contribute from experience via REX+, monthly reporting to Headquarters.
